Azure Pret sells:

Premium quality stitched and unstitched ladies suits
Master copies / replicas inspired by designer brands
All products are sold under Azure Pret’s own branding

We do not claim originality, nor do we represent any affiliation with designer brands.
Colors may slightly vary due to lighting, device screens, and fabric texture.

3. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
The information provided is accurate
You agree to receive calls/SMS/WhatsApp messages for order confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Stock unavailability
Incorrect information
Fraudulent activity
Any reason deemed necessary by our management

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer (where applicable)

Prices may change at any time without notice.
Orders confirmed before a price change will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners such as PostEx, TCS, Leopards, Rider, etc.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 3–7 working days
Rural areas: additional days may apply

Courier Policies

Courier companies may contact you directly before delivery
Multiple delivery attempts may be made
On COD orders, the courier may allow “Open Before Payment” only if available when you ask Azure Pret Team while confirming your order

Please note: Shipping delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier load.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

By shopping with Azure Pret, you acknowledge and agree to our policies:

6.1 Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the parcel
The item must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in original packaging
Exchanges depend on stock availability

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Refund method: Bank transfer/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash
COD shipping charges are non-refundable

6.3 Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Stitched items (if applicable)
Items damaged due to misuse
Products altered, washed, or used

7. Order Cancellation

7.1 By Customer

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting customer support.

7.2 By Azure Pret

We may cancel your order due to:

Out of stock
Pricing error
Fake/fraudulent order
Unreachable customer

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

8. Product Quality & Variation

All fabric quality, prints, and colors are shown as accurately as possible
Minor variations may occur due to lighting & digital screens
Product descriptions, sizing, and details are provided to help you make informed decisions

We are not responsible for misunderstandings caused by not reading full product descriptions.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content found on Azure Pret, including:
